Tripple Nutty Parm Chi’z

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brazil nuts
  • 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1/2 cup pistachios
  • 2 t white miso
  • 2 t garlic powder
  • 1 t lemon zest
  • 1 cup nutritional yeast

How to Make

  1. Dump all those nutty nuts into a food processor with the miso, garlic powder and lemon zest.
  2. Process until it looks kinda like course ground Parmesan cheese.
  3. Pour that into a large bowl and then add in the nutritional yeast.
  4. Stir to combine.
  5. Transfer parm chi’z to a mason jar or two and store in the refrigerator for up to a whole month! Freeze for an entire year!!!
  6. Shake, shake, shake on stuff! All kinds of Stuff!
