Ingredients
- 1/2 cup brazil nuts
- 1/2 cup pecans
- 1/2 cup pistachios
- 2 t white miso
- 2 t garlic powder
- 1 t lemon zest
- 1 cup nutritional yeast
How to Make
- Dump all those nutty nuts into a food processor with the miso, garlic powder and lemon zest.
- Process until it looks kinda like course ground Parmesan cheese.
- Pour that into a large bowl and then add in the nutritional yeast.
- Stir to combine.
- Transfer parm chi’z to a mason jar or two and store in the refrigerator for up to a whole month! Freeze for an entire year!!!
- Shake, shake, shake on stuff! All kinds of Stuff!
